During the summer holidays we ran a week of activities for secondary school-age kids. Much fun was had, involving lots of sport, competitions and crafts. The theme of the week was “taking up the challenge” and each day there was a discussion about a particular challenge from the bible. To end the week, we took the group to Alton Towers – perhaps the ultimate challenge?

After the success of summer 2009 it is likely that s-yfc will run an activities week next summer so watch this space!
